“We heard y’all are into morning DJ sets these days, so we decided to give them a spin.” That’s how ATX Supper Club is setting the tone for Made in Austin—it’s spring pop-up celebrating local coffee, a lineup of local DJs, and select ATX bites. Or, as ATX Supper Club put it, “bringing that big March conference (ya know, the one we can’t legally name) back to its roots—local, community-driven, and full of good vibes.”

Mañana Dos, which The Infatuation listed as one of the best coffee shops in downtown Austin, will serve up its signature pastries, salads, smoothies, beer, and wine alongside a Mañana exclusive: The Hero Latte, a blend of “house-made pistachio syrup, espresso, milk, and house-made white chocolate” served hot or cold. And $1 from every Hero Latte sold will go to the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation, to support LA’s firefighters and their families as the city rebuilds from the recent devastating wildfires.

As Courtney Smith reports for Eater Austin, “The Dubai chocolate bar has been all the rage across the internet after going viral on TikTok earlier this year,” with  Fix Dessert Chocolatier’s “distinctive splatter design”—called “Can’t Get Knafeh Of It”—setting it apart from anything else on the market. Beyond the chocolate, you can sip on chai from Dubai's Project Chaiwala, “the beloved homegrown chai brand” brewing unique flavors like “the Molten Karak, a creamy and decadent blend of malty chai infused with cocoa and the Karak Arabia, an iced chai infused with saffron.” Where to try it? The city of Dubai has recreated its iconic Museum of the Future into an immersive experience at SXSW from March 7-11.
