The Wine Train offers a rare opportunity to savor Wedding Oak Winery’s award-winning wines, including their celebrated 2023 Castanet Rosé, which recently took home Best of Show at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo International Wine Competition.
Crafted from Cinsault grapes grown in Lamesa, Texas, the ‘Castanet Rosé is a vibrant, fruit-forward wine known for its bright flavors of strawberries, citrus, and tropical fruit. It has been recognized across multiple competitions, including earning Grand Star Winner at the Lone Star International Wine Competition. With its refreshing acidity and balanced finish, this rosé pairs beautifully with a range of seasonal dishes.
Upon arrival at Wedding Oak’s Burnet tasting room, housed in the beautifully restored 1888 Badger Building, guests will have two hours to explore, sip, and relax on the rooftop terrace or patio. Additional glasses, bottles, and food will be available for purchase.

On the return trip to Cedar Park, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks will be available for purchase to ensure a comfortable ride home. Alcohol is not permitted on the return trip.
